1. Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Items can be exchanged for:

  • Size change
  • Color change (subject to availability)
  • Another product of equal value

A ₹99 reverse shipping charge will be applicable for exchanges. This amount covers the logistics cost of pickup and reshipping.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

If a return is approved, the shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for exchange or return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

Items failing these conditions will not be accepted.

4. Reverse Pickup

Once your exchange or return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

5. Refund Processing

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale
  • Used, washed, or damaged items due to customer handling
